We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

Important Shipping Rules for Returns:
International Shipping: As we work with international suppliers, returns may need to be shipped to an international fulfillment center. The correct return destination and shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
Costs: Customers are solely responsible for all international return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Approval: Returns must be approved before being sent. Upon approval, you will receive the correct return address and return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval or to the wrong address will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the customer must follow the return process after receiving the item.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photo or video evidence to verify your claim. After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. If the issue is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will not be required to pay return shipping costs. Please do not return the item unless we provide specific return instructions.
Non-returnable items:
We do not accept returns on gift cards or certain personal use/hygiene items.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order after your return is approved and processed.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected by the warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Estimated delivery is 07–20 business days. Delays may occur due to customs processing, global logistics disruptions, or high demand periods. We are not liable for such external delays.
